Kelly Anguiano is a current MSW candidate focused in contemporary social issues with the Policy Practice track, entering the program with a Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Washington. His work during undergrad was focused on Youth and Education, working in direct practice providing one-on-one counseling as well as creating then facilitating identity/culturally based youth groups. After moving to New York, his focus narrowed into work with LGBTQ+ Youth, one community he is proudly part of. He was brought on to work for GLSEN at their national headquarters as the NE Regional Field Intern then moving to his current position at the Ali Forney Center working with unhoused Trans Youth.”
