Antoinette Gardner is a MSW candidate at Columbia University studying Advanced Generalist Practice and Programming, with a specialization in Contemporary Social Issues. Born and raised in New Jersey, she previously worked for her hometown's non-profit social service agency, where she played an instrumental role in the development of their state-licensing manual and fundraising management. Antoinette received her B.A. in Social Work from Seton Hall University, where she also minored in Musical Theatre. Since graduating in 2017, she has been performing both locally and around the United States in various staged productions. Most recently, she was on the National Tour of NJPAC's The Magic Treehouse: Showtime with Shakespeare, performing for and participating in talkbacks with youth from all across the country. She hopes to continue to use her theatrical background in the social work setting, pushing for social justice and equality for marginalized and underserved groups.
